Day 1Guangzhou Arrival

Pick up your driver at Guangzhou airport or train station and transfer to your hotel in a comfortable private car. After checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is free to explore the city at your leisure!

Day 2Guangzhou - Shenzhen

Attractions: Five Rams Statue,Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall,Canton Tower

Explore Guangzhou from the Five Rams Statue located inside Yuexiu Park. It is a large sculpture consisting of five sheep, symbolizing the legendary story of “Five Sheep Blessing” and the prosperity and peace of the city of Guangzhou. Then, visit the Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King. The museum displays a large number of South Vietnamese cultural relics and precious artifacts unearthed from the tomb of the King of South Vietnam, including terracotta figurines, bronzes, and jades, which reveal in depth the history and culture of the ancient state of South Vietnam.

Next, learn the history of the Republic Era of China at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. It is a combination of Chinese and Western architecture, built in the 1930s, and is one of the landmarks of Guangzhou. The Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall contains a wealth of exhibitions showcasing Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s life story, revolutionary course and ideological achievements. Continue with a visit to Canton Tower,which is a modern sightseeing tower located in the Zhujiang New City area of Haizhu District, Guangzhou. Canton Tower is currently one of the tallest TV towers in the world and is one of the new landmarks of Guangzhou. Take bullet train to Shenzhen (approximately 1 hour) in the afternoon.   

Day 3Shenzhen

Visit the Window of the World in the morning. At Window of the World, you can visit many of the world’s famous tourist destinations such as the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids, and the Statue of Liberty in one day. Attractions here include miniature scenic spots of the seven continents, cultural shows and entertainment. Window of the World offers visitors an amazing experience of global travel through realistic models and elaborate landscapes.

Continue with a visit to Splendid China Folk Village in the afternoon. It showcases traditional architecture, handicrafts, customs and cultural performances from different regions of China. You can visit Tibetan villages, Kazakh buns and Dai style gardens in this park to learn about and experience the unique customs and traditional culture of each ethnic group. There are also a number of handicraft exhibitions, cultural performances and food offerings in the park, giving visitors the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of China’s diverse folk culture.

At night, enjoy an one hour live show of Dances between China Dragon & Phoenix.

Day 4Shenzhen - Guangzhou

Take bullet train to Guangzhou (approximately 1 hour) in the morning. Upon arrival, visit the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It is the ancestral hall of the Chen family and a famous treasure house of ancient architecture and art. Built in 1894, the Chen Family Ancestral Hall is famous for its exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings, ceramics and other artifacts.

Followed by a visit to the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees. The most famous attraction inside the temple is the Millennium Banyan Tree, which is one of the famous sights in Guangzhou. This ancient banyan tree is 33 meters high and has many branches and leaves, and is known as the “Millennium Ancient Tree”.  Afterwards, shopping at the 800 meters long Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street with a length of nearly 1,000 meters, this pedestrian street blends various commercial elements of tradition and modernity, making it a popular spot for Guangzhou residents and tourists to shop, taste food and experience traditional culture.
