After the panda tour, we will take you on a fragrance-seeking journey during lunch hours. Founded in 1977 and famous for comfortable dining environment, the restaurant we will go for lunch serves the most authentic and exquisite Sichuan flavors. Highly praise and strongly loved by many foreign friends, this Sichuan cuisine will definitely leave you with deep and fresh impressions.
After lunch time is the tour of the Kuanzhai Alley, the epitome of old Chengdu life. Ancient style buildings alternate with old-fashioned alleys and streets. Various pubs, cafes and restaurants in the alleys welcome people from all over the world. Among thousands and thousands of streets in Chengdu, the Alley is the most popular one.
After the Alley tour is the most exciting part of the one-day tour. We will go to a quiet and undisturbed workshop, where you will personally experience how to paint in the very traditional Chinese way. The unique presentation of Chinese painting is closely related with the tools and materials used. The tools used in Chinese calligraphy and painting, also collectively called the “four treasures of the study” are brush, ink, paper and ink stone. In the workshop, professional teachers will instruct you, step by step, to draw a traditional Chinese painting within one hour, using the “four treasures of the study” . Don’t know what to paint? We have had the traditional Chinese plum blossom painting, panda images and many more. Just choose the one you like the most.
