Day 1Shanghai

Your trip starts with a pickup at your Shanghai downtown hotel. Then count on our comfortable vehicle with licensed driver who will help you with your luggage and take you to the first attraction-The Bund. It is located on The banks of The Huangpu District River in central Shanghai, is a scenic spot and a must-see for tourists. Because of its unique geographical location and the impact on Shanghai and even China in the field of economic activities in the last hundred years, the Bund has a very rich cultural connotation. The street scenes of the Bund, Changti, the green belt and even the magnificent buildings outside are the most characteristic of the Shanghai landscape.

After that, visit Yu Garden which is famous for its classical gardens in the south of the Yangtze River and a key unit for the protection of cultural relics throughout the country. Yu Garden was founded during the reign of Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years.

Then, visit Shanghai’s French Concession. Here is the most european-style area of Shanghai, a collection of different styles of Garden Western houses, a full range of Internet famous snack. Here you can feel the breath of petty bourgeoisie art. The garden houses on both sides of the road here were once inhabited by numerous political elites and cultural celebrities. Every courtyard and building here has witnessed a legendary period of time, if you are interested, you can learn about the previous owner of the building from the sign at the entrance.

After the morning activities, you will have an authentic and delightful lunch in a local restaurant. 

Then head to Lujiazui area. Situated on the banks of the Huangpu District River in the Pudong New Area, opposite the Bund, Lujiazui is now one of the most attractive places in the city, one of the premier financial and business circles at home and abroad.It is home to the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai International Convention Center, the World Financial Center and other high rise buildings. The skyscrapers make you feel like you are in an urban forest. Visit the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai Financial Tower, Jinmao Tower or the top observation deck in central Shanghai, depending on your preference.(Tickets are not included). You can enjoy a spectacular aerial view of the metropolis of Shanghai.

The last stop is Jade Buddha Temple which has a history of more than 120 years,. Jade Buddha temple is not only a famous temple in Shanghai, but also a famous Buddhist temple at home and abroad. As one of the top ten tourist attractions in Shanghai, it is located in the busy urban area, but also quiet in the noisy, is described as a piece of pure land in the busy city. Explore the different rooms of the temple and experience the rich religious culture.

After the tour, escort you back to your downtown hotel.
