Day 1Arrival in Beijing & Pick-up

Beijing Airport Parking Lot
Upon your arrival in Beijing, your guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Relax in the hotel during the remainder of the day, or you can have a self-exploration with suggestions from your guide.

Day 2China Great Wall Tour

Attractions: Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)

Mutianyu Great Wall

This morning you will be taken to Mutianyu Great Wall to experience at first hand the wonder of the Great Wall. The round-trip cable car will be arranged. Standing on the wall and looking at it stretching up and down into boundless distance is an exciting experience and will leave you a life-long memory. Lunch is on your own and your guide will gladly assist.

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)

Visit the Summer Palace – the largest existing imperial garden with a graceful landscape and magnificent constructions.

Day 3Beijing

Attractions: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Temple of Heaven, Panjiayuan Antique Market

Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start to explore the historical city of Beijing.You will reach the Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Walk through the square and visit today’s highlight: Forbidden City , the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. Hike to Jingshan Park, where gives a nice panoramic view of the Forbidden City at the top of Coal Hill.

Have lunch at an authentic Chinese restaurant enroute.Visit Temple of Heaven, which was used to pray for harvest by the emperors. It is China’s existing largest structure for sacrifice to heaven. Shopping time at Panjiayuan Antique Market and tea store.Back to the hotel, en route you can plan for the night show or the Peking duck dinner with your guide and ask for suggestions.

Day 4Beijing- Shanghai

Attractions: Hutong Tour by rickshaw, Summer Palace, Departure to Xian by high speed train

You will have enough time to pack up and check out. Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and have half day leisure tour in Beijing.Drive to Drum Tower area for taking a relaxing Hutong Tour by rickshaw , which is the way to know the Beijing local lifestyle.
Drive to Summer Palace, which is the existing largest, best-preserved imperial garden in China. Boat ride on Kunming Lake is included. Lunch will be arranged at a nearby restaurant.After lunch, be transferred to the railway station for the high speed train(about 5hrs) to Xian. Your Xian tour guide will wait for you at the station and help you to transfer to the hotel.

 

Day 5Shanghai

Attractions: Shanghai Museum (Shanghai Bowuguan), Yu Garden (Yuyuan), Huangpu River, The Bund (Wai Tan), Tianzifang

Shanghai Museum (Shanghai Bowuguan)

This morning, Your local tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. You will visit one of the four largest museums in China, the Shanghai Museum, which specializes in exhibiting artworks from ancient times.

Yu Garden (Yuyuan)

After that, explore Yu Garden. The symbol of the Garden is the Nine Zigzag Bridge built of granite and grass-white jade and the quaint, elegant mid-lake pavilion. Around noon, an a la carte farewell lunch will be served to you at a very nice restaurant.

Huangpu River

Take a one-hour cruise along the Huangpu River – the mother river of Shanghai. As the symbol and a microcosm of the city, the river has witnessed the glory, humiliation, despair, and prosperity of Shanghai.

The Bund (Wai Tan)

Have some free time in the Bund area. Upon returning to the hotel, your guide will see you into the lobby to say bon voyage.

Tianzifang

The last stop is a traditional street named Tianzifang, where is full of a sense of culture and arts.

Day 6Shanghai - Xi'an

Xi’an
Morning is free for you. In the afternoon, you will take a flight to Xi’an. Your local guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area of the airport and then a comfortable private transfer will take you to check in the hotel.

Day 7Xian

Attractions: The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Small Goose Pagoda, Shaanxi History Museum

Hotel: Overnight in Xi’an

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
The visit to the magnificent Terracotta Army will start your day’s trip. In the museum, there are altogether three excavated pits exhibiting amazing warrior figures and Chinese ancient weapons. Lunch is on your own, but your guide will recommend restaurants around the site according to your preference.

Small Goose Pagoda
In the afternoon, you will visit Xi’an Museum and then the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built about 1,300 years ago in the Tang Dynasty to store the Buddhist scriptures brought from ancient India.

Shaanxi History Museum
Visit the Provincial History Museum, which is a crucial window to display the excellent culture of this ancient city and China, as well as a connecting bridge for cultural exchange with the outside world.

Day 8Xi'an - Guilin

Attractions: Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang), Great Mosque of Xi’an

Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang)
The day begins with a leisure visit to the City Wall Park, where you can observe the day-to-day life of the locals. After that, you will pay a visit to the City Wall. It is the most complete existing urban fortification in China. Cycling on the ancient wall is an exciting experience that many people like to try (bike rental fee is not included).

Great Mosque of Xi’an
Next, you will visit the Great Mosque, a remarkable Islamic cultural relic, which perfectly combines Chinese traditional with Islamic architectural styles.

Guilin
After that, you will take a flight to Guilin. Your local guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 9Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin

Attractions: Li River

Li River
Today will begin with the Li River Cruise from Guilin to rural Yangshuo. During the four to five hours’ cruise downstream to Yangshuo, you will see the best scenery along the charming Li River. After disembarking, you will follow our guide to visit the countryside of Yangshuo. You will be invited to visit a local farmer’s home on the way. After finishing the journey in Yangshuo, we will drive you back to Guilin.

Day 10Guilin - Hong Kong

Attractions: Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan)

After breakfast, you will visit one of the most famous attractions in the city, the Reed Flute Cave, which is well-known for the exquisite stalagmites and stalactites in variety of shapes.

Hong Kong
Later, your guide will see you off at Guilin West Railway Station for your high-speed train to Hong Kong. Upon your arrival at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, please take the MTR West Rail Line to the Regal Kowloon Hotel or free shuttle bus to InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong by yourself.

Plase head to the airport for your homebound flight by yourself. Please take free bus K3 to Kowloon station, from where you can transfer to the Airport Express directly. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the airport.
