Jiuqu Stream (Nine-bend River) Jiuqu Creek is located in the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area, the reason why it is called Jiuqu Creek is because this stream is very curved, flows into Wuyi Mountain via Xing Village, folded into nine sections. The stream is about 40 miles long and curves around the mountain in several places. Taking a bamboo raft down the river and enjoying the beauty of the mountains is one of the most popular tourist activities in Wuyi Mountain.

Water Curtain Cave

Water Curtain Cave is the largest cave in the Wuyi Mountain scenic area, is a horizontal rock layer in the softer rock layer by running water erosion depression, so different from the limestone karst cave, the cave is more spacious, can accommodate a thousand people. The cave is topped by a spring that forms a breathtaking 80-meter high waterfall.

One-Line-Sky

One Line Sky, also known as One Character Sky, is located in a deep gorge in Wuyi Mountain. There is a huge rock at the site, called Fu Ling Rock. The rock slopes out and covers three adjoining caves, the top of which has a gap of more than 100 feet and is less than 1 meter wide. Tianyou Peak

Tianyou Peak is one of the must-see attractions in Wuyi Mountain, and its unique features can be seen from its name. When you climb this peak on a cloudy and overcast day, you’ll feel like you’ve taken a tour of paradise. It stands in the center of the entire attraction and is about 400 meters (1,312 feet) high. Tiger Roaring Rock (Huxiao Crag)

How to get Wuyi Mountain

By Air

Wuyishan Airport is only 3 km from the north entrance of Chishi, the main scenic spot of Wuyishan, and 11 km from the south entrance of Shangpu (the two entrances can be reached by the No. 6 bus outside the airport).

By Train

Wuyishan has two stations, Wuyishan North Station and Wuyishan East Station. You can take the No. 7 bus ($3 ticket) from North Station to the north and south entrances of the main scenic area. Although the distance is not too far, it takes about 45 minutes because of the many stops via the Wuyishan district. The East Station is actually located in Jiangyang District, 34 kilometers from the south entrance of the scenic spot, and can be reached by K1 bus (10 yuan). Although the distance is long, it takes only 30 minutes to reach the south entrance of the scenic area by highway.
