    Day 1Tongren Arrival

    Welcome to Guizhou! Upon arrival, your local guide and driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall and then take you to the hotel. Then you can drive to nearby Zhaisha Dong Village for dinner. After dinner, you will walk around the beautiful village.

    Day 2Tongren - Fanjingshan - Tongren

    After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll drive to the Fanjingshan Scenic Area (about 1.5 hours) to explore this world’s well-known fantastic holy mountain along the popular route for around 5-6 hours.

    Fanjingshan National Nature Preserve was listed as the UNESCO World Natural Heritage in 2018 with the peculiar conspicuous mountains formation in sea of karst retained from the remote era 65-2 million years ago and praised as the No.5 Buddhist Mountain in China for being the place of enlightenment of Buddha Maitreya.

    After an amazing sightseeing hike, take the cable car and sightseeing bus down and drive back to the hotel.

    Day 3Tongren - Yamugou -Tongren Departure

    After breakfast, you will take a short drive to Yamugou Scenic Area for a leisure tour. Walking along the canyon to enjoy the beautiful scenery of streams and grass on the shore. The scenic area also includes a rural-style gallery, a shopping street and a Tujia-style park. Here you can enjoy the original natural scenery and authentic Tujia culture.

    After lunch, you’ll drive to visit the ancient “Miao King City“, a well-preserved ancient Miao Fort integrating politics, economy, culture, military heritage and architecture. The fort features stilted buildings with Miao characteristics. You can learn about the history and culture of the Miao people. It is a decent place for cultural landscapes. You can walk around the fort, take photos and experience the ancient stilted buildings and Miao buildings. After visiting, you will drive to Tongren Airport for departure.
