Day 1Guilin Arrival

Attractions: Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave

Welcome to Guilin, the most beautiful city in China. Upon arrival, you will be met by a local guide and escorted to your hotel in downtown Guilin. First visit the symbol of Guilin scenery – Elephant Trunk Hill. A huge stone mountain is shaped like an elephant drinking water. Then, drive about 7 kilometers to the next attraction – the Reed Flute Cave, a magnificent underground palace that glows in different colors. The amazing Mother Nature condenses millions of years of natural effort to form incredible stalactites, stalagmites, stone shields, and stone waterfalls of all sizes and shapes. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to your hotel.

Day 2Guilin - Longsheng

Attractions: Longji Rice Terrace, Huangluo Yao Village, Ping’an Village

This morning, you will witness one of the most beautiful rice terraces in China, the Longji Rice Terraces. There are several villages along the way, and you will visit the special Huangluoyao Village, the first long-hair village in the world.

You will then continue your drive to Ping ‘an Village, a 600-year-old Zhuang village, and check into your hotel located near the terraced fields. After a short break, begin exploring the stunning scenery. The terraces are stacked, like the ever-changing ladder created by nature, leading to the blue sky, forming a majestic picture between heaven and earth. From Ping An, you can take in the best views by hiking the cobblestone paths between the terraces. Climb the observation deck of the seven stars, the moon and the five Tigers in Kowloon for the best view of the terraces and villages. Half day hiking tour, then return to Ping An for dinner and accommodation.

Day 3Guilin - Yangshuo

Attractions: Ping’an Village, Zhognliu, Jinkeng Yao Terraces, Dazhai – Jinkeng Village

As you breathe in the fresh air on a peaceful morning, you may forget where you are. You can go to the beautiful rice terraces to watch the magnificent sunrise in a great location. Then return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided in-depth hike from Ping’an to Zhongliu and Dazhai (located on the Jinkeng Yao Terraces). It takes about 2 hours from Ping’an to Zhongliu, and another 2 hours from Zhongliu to Dazhai. You’ll indulge in one of the most exhilarating walks, offering the most spine-chilling views – gleaming water terraces stubbornly climbing up hillsides, rushing streams, local farmers toiling in the fields and primitive minority villages… it’s definitely worth your time and effort!, transfer back to Guilin.

Day 4Guilin - Yangshuo

Attractions: Li River, Yangshuo Ancient Town, West Street

Today you will start exploring this most beautiful scenery with a leisurely sightseeing cruise from Mopanshan Pier to Li River in Yangshuo Town. The dazzling scenery is like an endless Chinese painting, winding rivers, green limestone karst mountains, charming rural scenery, and stunning nine horses.

After about 4 hours cruise, disembark at Yangshuo Town and check in hotel. Take a break, then soak up the stunning countryside views and relaxed atmosphere. Fascinated by the rice fields under the green hills and near the mirror-like river, farmers use their buffaloes to till the soil.

Afterwards, walk leisurely on the ancient West Street, witnessing the perfect and harmonious coexistence of Western culture and Chinese culture here. Whether you want to enjoy a drink at the bar, sample local cuisine, or just want to experience a relaxed atmosphere, there is something for you here.

Day 5Yangshuo

This morning, after breakfast, start your impressive exploration of the Yulong River’s most fascinating sightseeing and ideal countryside recreation. Make the most of all the refreshing scenes to please your eyes and soul. Enjoy every moment and enjoy the karst mountains, gurgling streams, reflections of mountains, swaying flowers and plants, colorful crops, ancient houses by the river, comfortable breeze, blue sky… Enjoy the fun and beauty, including cycling, Hiking, sightseeing bus, bamboo rafting and scooter. You can easily choose and combine your ideal way and part of Yulong River.
