Experience the beautiful Li River with traditional cormorant fishermen on this sunset or sunrise cruise. After a convenient hotel pick-up, board a bamboo raft and marvel at the lush scenery while your guide practices this ancient form of fishing with no lures or hooks, just his trusty cormorants.

Itinerary:The “Li River fishing lantern” is part of the traditional lifestyle of local fishermen in Li River. Around 17:00 PM, he fished using only OARS, bamboo leaves, lanterns and his cormorants. He doesn’t need hooks or bait, just trust with the cormorants. During the 1.5 hour journey, you will see traditional fishermen wearing hats and raincoats, cormorants how to catch fish, fishermen casting nets, fishermen smoking on boats, and fishermen lighting lights at sunset. Tour :16:00-17:00: Meet guests at the lobby of Yangshuo Hotel/at the gate of Yulong River Park and drive to Xingping River Wharf. (Guilin Hotel pick up time :15:00)17:00 — 18:50: Li River fisherman show, sunset scenery. 19:00 — 20:00: Return to Yangshuo Hotel or Guilin Hotel.
You will stop at Li-river–Xingping section of the view point for the sunset tour with the fisherman.
